What you will do
Responsibilities:
- Establishes the delivery strategy, in close collaboration with the PO
- Practice and promote Agility
- Acts as a point of contact between the client and the IS/IT Team to ensure the necessary skills are available for effective product development
- Supports the product owner to focus on value creation and alignment with the business
- Gets involved in finding the best solution (software package, specific development) according to IS/IT Horse architecture rules
- Reports to the client, team and management and communicates the progress of developments
- Analyzes support requests and anomalies identified by users and completes the resulting functionalities in the Product Backlog.
- Collects the feedbacks of end users.
- Measures the use of the product by means provided by the Company.
- Creates and consolidates the functional documentation of the Product.
- Implements the IT security rules and requirements in his area of responsibility, ensuring their compliance
- Operational incidents management
- Manages the access rights for the users of the applications in his area of responsibility, in accordance with the procedures
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, meeting them with proposals, solutions or initiatives to improve the level of services
- Ensures the IS IT Horse Romania interface with the corresponding IS Corporate field
What we are looking for
- Studies: IT, Automation, Project Management
- Functional knowledge of information systems, IT project management and databases: Agile, Jira, Confluence, GCP, Data, Spotfire, Looker, SQL, RPA solutions
- Useful Low Code knowledge: Power Automate, Power Apps, VBA, advanced MS Office
- The ability to understand the functional processes of clients, their needs, and expectations and to translate them into IT commitments and contributions.
- General knowledge about IT infrastructures and mobile equipment (servers, operating systems, databases, networks, tablets, smartphones, portable terminals...)
- Personal skills: curiosity in the digital field, initiative and positive spirit, team spirit, listening and communication, comfortable with sharing and transferring knowledge to others, rigorous and attentive to details.
- Customer orientation, communication ability and transversal work in an international environment.
- Driver license
- Foreign languages: English, (French and / or Spanish represents an advantage)
