We are looking for a new colleague for the Head of Marketing & Communications position in Romania!

Job Description

• Defines the strategy and realizes the annual local marketing and communication plan;
• Coordinates the work of the Marketing and Communication team in Romania;
• Responsible for the external and internal communication in Romania of the commercial and employer brand, and for the lead generation and partnership activity;
• Reports hierarchically to the Country Manager and functionally to the Regional Commercial & Marketing Director and Regional Communications Manager;
• Produces and implements lead generation campaigns for the Business Insights line (locally initiated or tailored to regional/group-wide initiatives);
• Create communications/marketing materials (copy) or creatively adapt materials developed at regional/group level;
• Responsible for the work of third party agencies involved in marketing and communication projects (digital media agency, offline media, event management) and other suppliers (print production, promotional, etc);
• Responsible for Coface events management;
• Work closely with sales, customer relations and HR teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar activities/responsibilities minimum 5 years;
• Advanced knowledge of creating, producing and implementing cross-channel campaigns;
• Experience in financial services a plus;
• Adaptability and flexibility;
• Ability to act independently and manage complex situations;

- Advanced English (written and spoken) - mandatory

• Advanced Romanian (written and spoken) – mandatory.
