Key responsibilities:

• Lead Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Employer Branding across 3 locations in Romania.
• Support MD in driving strategic partnerships and business development with partners.
• Offer HR advice and counsel to Ops teams and client management.
• Establish and maintain highly effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and improve recruiting practices and succession planning strategies
• Lead Junior Program initiatives
• Development of cultural and engagement programs
• Continually scan the external environment for external Human Resources and Organizational Development trends, and leverage the learnings in support of the Department’s transformation and change agenda.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in leading Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner teams, with proven leadership skills
• Proven analytical mindset with a focus on leveraging AI-driven solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work and make decisions very independently
• Experience in reporting and statistics on specific HR metrics and KPIs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and strong written & oral communication skills with the ability to influence all levels of the organisation and multicultural/ international environments
• Passion for enabling client success and demonstrated operational excellence
• Min 3 days/week presence in the office
• Availability to travel across 3 locations up to 20%/month
