• Partners with the leadership team to ensure fair and compliant HR
• Supports annual Performance Management & Compensation processes
• Handles analyses and reporting related to various HR KPIs and measurements
• Interacts with other HR departments such as Learning, People Services, Talent Acquisition and the payroll provider on a need basis
• Operates Performance modules in Success Factors for goal setting, goal achievement, performance review, reporting etc.
• Offers guidance and training to employees and leaders related to the performance management, connected processes and supporting system

• Bachelors’ degree in Economics, Psychology or related fields
• Ms. Excel skills (advanced), comfortable working with data and tools
• Team player with a high work ethics, resilience and growth mindset
• Previous experience working with SAP HR modules / other HR system is an advantage

Things to know before departure:

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited

• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
