Your Mission
As an HR Business Partner in Puratos Romania, your mission will be to align HR strategies with our business goals. Based at our production unit in Tunari, where we produce margarine, cream and fruit fillings, and various mixes, you will support our diverse workforce of 160 employees across Operations, Sales, R&D, Technical Advisors, Customer Service, and Support Functions.
Your role will be pivotal in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. You will collaborate closely with department heads to attract, retain, and develop talent, address workforce challenges, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Your efforts will ensure that our HR initiatives drive productivity and foster a positive work environment.

Key Accountabilities

Main responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner at our leading B2B company specializing in bakery, patisserie, and chocolate ingredients, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with our business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

Recruitment Processes: Conduct recruitment processes primarily for non-managerial positions, including candidate selection and participation in hiring decisions. Advise and support managers in establishing recruitment profiles and modifying job descriptions for open positions.

Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process by establishing onboarding plans with new employees’ managers, maintaining communication with new hires before and during their onboarding journey.

Offboarding: Manage the offboarding process for non-managerial positions, organizing and participating in exit interviews according to the agreed process.

Performance Evaluation and Talent Management: Support managers in performance evaluation and talent management processes, in line with activities established by the direct manager.

Internal Communications: Disseminate information on administrative matters, organizational changes, events, ongoing projects, and available positions, in collaboration with department and HR managers.

Training and Development: Organize external courses based on employee needs and actively participate in identifying needs for the annual training plan.

Event Organization: Plan and organize internal events for employees, such as Townhalls, Christmas Parties, Children’s Day, workshops, and National Sales Meetings.

HR Projects: Actively participate in HR projects established by the direct manager, proposing solutions to improve the working environment (e.g., Voice, Pulse surveys).

HR Consultancy: Provide HR consultancy to employees in Sales, R&D, Marketing, Technical Advisory, and Customer Service departments to enhance productivity and work relations.

Branch Support: Travel to Puratos Romania branches to identify needs and provide support to local colleagues.

HR Process Development: Collaborate with the HR manager to develop existing HR processes, aligning HR practices with business objectives and local specifics.

Additional Responsibilities: Respond to any other HR-related requests from the HR Manager.

Qualifications required for the role:

• Completed higher studies

• Experience in a similar position of at least 3 years

• Knowledge of using PC, MS Office, Outlook.

• Knowledge of English (B1, intermediate)

• Category B driving license preferred
