What you will be doing:

• Collaborate closely with the Regional Director, functional managers, and employees to build and sustain influential relationships.

• Partner with recruitment, training, and cross-functional teams, as needed, to position CCC as an employer of choice.
• Provide expert guidance on employment law, performance management, and employee relations.
• Serve as the go-to resource for HR policies and procedures, including those related to benefits, compensation, employee development, and recruiting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
• At least 6 years of relevant experience
• English Proficiency
• International cross functional experience
