Tasks

- Clarify planned and incurred IT costs (fixed and variable)
- Separate MHP IT costs from those generated by Consulting Services
- Recharge and allocate IT costs to subsidiaries
- Plan annual and intra-year forecasts of the IT budget
- Control and report on the IT budget monthly
- Ensure compliance with defined key figures and forecasts
- Optimize assigned processes and ensure quality
- Organize the provisioning process in IT
- Implement IT investment planning and prepare the annual IT crisis concept
- Designate a Process Owner for IT Controlling / Financial IT Management
Qualifications
QualificationsQualifications
- At least 4 years relevant experience in Finance/Controlling
- Proficiency in managing and clarifying IT budget costs
- Knowledge of compliance standards related to financial forecasting and IT cost management
- Business fluent in German & English, written and spoken
Things to know before departure:
- Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
- Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
- Employment contract: Unlimited
- Line of work: Consulting
- Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German & English
- Other: a valid work permit
