Your role within Advisority:
- Act as a trusted Talent Advisor with a deep understanding of the team’s needs;
- Handle the entire recruiting process – identify, attract and hire top-tier talents;
- Closely collaborate with the Delivery team and with the Hiring Managers to create the ideal candidate profile;
- Develop and proactively tailor the best recruitment strategies;
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills and experience;
- Create and maintain a positive candidate experience;
- Facilitate a pipeline of solid talents for future recruitment needs;
- Attend networking events, career fairs and other recruitment-related events.
- Able to talk tech and always be up to date with the most recent trends in the IT industry;
- Experience in recruiting candidates from a variety of sources;
- Proficient in simultaneously managing recruitment projects and working independently;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a great sense of people;
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities;
- Self-driven, proactive and passionate about your work;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
