To achieve it, we are looking for an BO Operations to join the team.
Your role within Advisority:

• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments;

• Distribute correspondence and process the electronic mail;

• Order and maintain office supplies;

• Manage and organize business travel for the team, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation;

• Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding invoices and payments, ensuring timely payment and maintaining a positive relationship with suppliers;

• Provide administrative support to the management.

What sets you apart:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field;

• Good organizational skills and attention to details, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;

• Written and verbal communication skills;

• Good computer knowledge skills (Microsoft Office);

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Advanced command of both spoken and written English.
