Italian Customer Support Specialist for British Airways

Your Role as an Italian Customer Support Specialist:
- Provide top-notch customer service via email and phone for British Airways customers.
- Assist with flight changes, cancellations, lost baggage claims, and other travel-related inquiries.
- Communicate efficiently with customers, ensuring prompt responses and maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
- Resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Fluent in Italian and English (advanced level).
- Experience in the airline industry or in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with booking systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a contact centre environment.
