Important responsibilities in this role will include:
- Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned research projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage external vendors.
- Execute research methodologies, including survey questionnaires, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis techniques (quantitative & qualitative).
- Oversee data collection, cleaning, and analysis, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Translate research findings into insights and compelling presentations for stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Market Intelligence & Competitive Intelligence teams, Data Analytics teams, Design teams, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing Research, Statistics, Social Sciences) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in market research.
- Proven experience in executing both quantitative and qualitative research projects.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with surveys software solutions (such as: Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Question Pro, etc.) represents an advantage.
- Good MS Excel and PPT capabilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
