Important responsibilities in this role will include:

• Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned research projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage external vendors.
• Execute research methodologies, including survey questionnaires, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis techniques (quantitative & qualitative).
• Oversee data collection, cleaning, and analysis, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Translate research findings into insights and compelling presentations for stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Market Intelligence & Competitive Intelligence teams, Data Analytics teams, Design teams, etc.)

Skills we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing Research, Statistics, Social Sciences) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in market research.
• Proven experience in executing both quantitative and qualitative research projects.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with surveys software solutions (such as: Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Question Pro, etc.) represents an advantage.
• Good MS Excel and PPT capabilities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
