Qualifications

• You have proven work experience in an Landamp;D role for at least 5 years.
• You have excellent knowledge of the adult learning theories and you know from practice what works and what doesn't.
• You are a creative person and passionate about people development.
• You enjoy helping others grow.
• You are a life-long learner yourself.
• You like to read and stay informed on the Landamp;D trends and predictions for the future.
• You are self-driven and autonomous.
