MATLAB/Simulink Software Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test and support internal MATLAB/Simulink tools to support engineering teams.
  • Create custom Simulink Coder/Embedded Coder targets for various simulation tools and develop MATLAB software frameworks to support Simulink modeling teams
  • Design user-friendly graphical interfaces for MATLAB tools.
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD environments for released tools and framewroks.
  • Write documentation and provide technical support.
  • Communicate with Math Works to address software issues and propose improvements.
Required skills and expertise:
  • University degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++ and familiarity with PSCAD modeling.
  • Knowledge of Dev Ops, particularly Continuous Integration and Delivery, and proficiency in Git.
  • Basic UNIX/Linux administration skills and experience in agile development.
  • Fluent in English
