a Mid/Senior Frontend Engineer (React.js | Typescript) to join our Tech team in Romania on a full-time employment contract (CIM). Your Tasks:

• Step-by-Step Prioritization: Dive into clear priorities step by step, showcasing your technical expertise while keeping a keen eye on what our users need and want.
• Best Practices Evangelist: Share best practices of front-end engineering in a growing team, maintaining a culture of learning.
• Collaborative Design: Develop and influence the final look and feel of the products you are developing, together with the product team, enhancing user experiences.
• Technical Leadership: Help create a technical atmosphere at voya that's all about enhancing how people interact with our products and services, shaping a user-centric technical culture.
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine our front-end design and implementation processes to make them smoother and more effective, boosting both quality and efficiency.
• Daily Collaboration: Team up daily with a crew of product managers, engineers, and UX designers to understand business requirements, user experience goals, and pain points, ensuring alignment and effective solutions.

Your Profile:

As a Frontend Software Engineer, you'll own your work and maintain high technical standards. We're looking for someone who meets business goals and encourages knowledge-sharing & someone's who fun to work with!

Summary:

• Bring 4-5 years of React experience, coupled with a strong understanding of best practices and front-end architecture.
• Thrive in a start-up environment, with little hierarchy.
• Be a citizen or long-term resident of Romania.
• Our company's language is English, which means you need to be able to speak and write it fluently.

Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrate proficiency in React, Java Script, and Type Script, with a track record of integrating external systems and handling API communication.
• Experience prioritizing both test coverage and product agility.
• Familiarity with integration and unit testing to ensure robust and reliable code.
• Drive the integration of new technologies and uphold clean coding principles while aligning closely with our product and company goals.

Non-Technical Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Team player who works well in a collaborative environment.
• Embrace agile processes, focusing on valuable user stories and lean solutions.
• Willingness to travel several times per year for on-site workshops and team meetings.
