Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Migration Project Coordinator . In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth transition of activities from the SSP Geo perspective, driving alignment across teams and ensuring country execution of crucial tasks.

Tasks

• Lead and coordinate transition activities from the SSP Geo perspective.
• Serve as the SME and focal point of contact for Geo/Aruba planners.
• Act as an enabler for transition to planners, explaining processes and goals.
• Drive alignment across teams, particularly between GS and Aruba.
• Ensure country execution of Dual Hierarchy mirroring activities.
• Partner with Region Deployment leads to drive MOC for Entity adoption.
• Collaborate with DV Lead on validation activities and establish standards of quality.
• Monitor and review actions for alignment between Territory and Entity.
• Track issues and cases within own geo, collaborate on resolution and escalate when necessary.
• Research complex cases and provide timely recommendations for resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management or coordination roles.
• Strong understanding of sales operations processes and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
