We are seeking to hire a skilled Operational Risk Specialist, who will be responsible for operational risk management and permanent supervision framework at GSCRO level.
Specifically, you will be required to:

Promote the risk culture into GSCRO ;
Analyze through processes the existing control environment, evaluate the operational risks which may impact the organization, implement rules and procedures to address these risks;
Apply , disseminate, monitor and improve the structuring principles (group and local) as well as the best practices relating to the operational risk management & L1C framework;
Ensure partnership with the key stakeholders to implement operational risk framework;
Ensure the crossed risk analysis by exploiting the results of the different schemes (collecting losses, RCSA, KRI, TRA, scenario analysis, permanent supervision, all control, audit or inspection missions);
Monitoring of outsourced services;
Organize & contribute to the Risk Committees and other regulatory requirements ;
Report in dedicated tool all the operational risk events >10 K Euro declared by the business departments, performing data quality checks of incidents bellow the threshold;
Reporting on the controls performed by the local team, their anomalies and the execution of action plans.

Profile required

Minimum 1,5 years relevant experience;
Very good level of English;
Good level of MS Office (Excel, Power Point);
Excellent communication skills;
Strong analytical skills, result oriented;
High flexibility, actively collaborate & contribute in change management for adapt in a dynamic environment;
Self-starter & self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
