Support the Sales Team and the Sales Manager in day to day activities including preparation of sales offers, pipeline reviews & listing forms.
Participate in the Sales process for selected customers, in cooperation with the Key Account Specialists
Maintains internal communication between different departments inside Stanley Black&Decker (marketing, customer service partners, logistics)
Prepares all reports and documents for accounting department in order to close the financial statements.
Monthly/Quarterly administration & statistics
Provides Sales Reps with updates on availability, obsolete products, status of customer orders, etc.
Helps identify customers’ issues, make efforts to resolve them and suggest improvements
Leads external communication with customers on operational topics, such as invoices, credit memo, debit notes, etc., as well as gives updates on order status and stock availability
Monitors the behavioral indicators of sales to improve performance and understand the drivers of growth
Prepares and analyzes forecasts and inventory and provide market analytics and insights
Organizes data and generates deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness
