Operations Support Officer (determined - 2 years)

We are on the lookout for a new colleague, flexible and motivated, that can help us from an Operations Support role.

KEY OUTPUTS:

Supports the following:

Customer support via email address;
Support for external partners and internal departments;
Customer complaints - administration and reporting;
Internal reporting;
Application testing for bug fixing and developments.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

General insurance knowledge;
Data operations skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication;
Create and keep deadlines;
Identify and solve problems;

COMPETENCIES:

Planning and organizing;
Attention to details;
Great socializing and professional speaking;
Team worker;
Proactive attitude.

QUALIFICATION:

Academic background.

EXPERIENCE:

1 - 3 years experience in operational processes;
Dealing with internal systems and reporting processes.

The monthly salary range for the Operations Support Officer (determined - 2 years) role is between 5.500 - 9.500 lei gross. The salary range showcased is only indicative. The final benefits package will be agreed upon during final negotiations with each candidate, by considering different criteria, such as the experience and skills level. Therefore, the finally agreed salary will stay confidential, as per the applicable law and we reserve the right to apply adjustments to the offer at any time during the hiring process.
