You effectively develop trusting relationships and partnerships through integrity and authenticity.

You have a minimum 4 years’ experience in Organizational Development related areas (Performance & Talent management, Leadership & Talent Development, L&D, Employees Engagement, etc.)

You graduated university and you have a good level of English, in both writing & speaking.
What this job is about?

you will handle end-to-end Performance and Talent management cycle;

you will design and implement cross – company capabilities development programs (including agile, digital, data skills);

you will plan and lead all the activities related to our employees’ engagement (internal surveys & action plans derived from the results, wellbeing and recognition programs, etc.);

you will be co-creating the design and implementation of Leadership & Talent development initiatives;
-
you will support change management initiatives;
-
you will be a D&I champion by supporting practices and initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion excellence;
-
you will assure operational excellent for the OD area by keeping up to date internal procedures, budgeting & monitoring costs, contract management, risk reporting activities, etc
