Overview: Responsibilities:

• Plastic feasibility knowledge (demolding, injection)
• Familiar with material selections such as plastics, molded rubber parts and seals
• Participate in feasibility studies to assure products are efficient and robust
• Complete and release system, sub-system and detail designs
• Performing design (3D) and drafting (2D) using Catia V5 / V6
• Identify the best technical solutions for the design / development of the parts
• Using CATPart parameterization for official parts

Qualifications:

• Technical university degree
• Min 5 year experience in a similar position
• Management of the digital model
• Knowledge of tooling for diecast and plastic injection processes is an advantage
• 3D CAD software knowledge such as Catia V5/6 or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Word / Excel / Power Point
• Language: Advanced English (writing and speaking) / French is an advantage
