We are looking for a Polish- speaking Reactivation Sales Agent to join our Sales Team in Bucharest, Romania.
What you’ll be doing:

• Outbound calling (B2C) to inactive players.
• Representing different casino and sportsbook brands.
• Understanding players' needs and expectations.
• Promoting current bonus campaigns, if applicable.
• Introducing new games, features, payment methods, and any other relevant updates on i Gaming platforms.
• Reaching the goals and targets set together with your country manager.
• Guiding players through the website, if necessary.

What you bring:

• You are a native Polish speaker.
• You have a conversational level of English.
• You are natural at engaging and leading conversations.
• You are interested in sports and online casinos.
• You have sales capabilities.
