English- speaking Reactivation Sales Agent Full-Time

We are Enteractive, a service provider in the online gambling (i Gaming) industry. We are the industry leader and the experts in player reactivation. Be it online casino or sportsbook, we know how to reactivate players and increase their retention and loyalty to the brands we work with. Through our custom-made tech (Re)Activation Cloud, we communicate with players around the world to promote our client’s platforms, while making sure they play responsibly!
We are looking for an English-speaking Reactivation Sales Agent to join our Sales Team in Bucharest, Romania.


What you’ll be doing:
  • Making outbound calls to engage with players from various sportsbook and casino brands.
  • Reactivating inactive players and providing personalized recommendations that increase their engagement and retention.
  • Promoting bonus campaigns and introducing new games, features, and payment methods that enhance the sports betting/gambling experience.
  • Guiding players through the website to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Collaborating with your sales manager to set and achieve goals and targets.

  • Native-level English skills are a must.
