  Provide vision and direction to the development team throughout the project
• Manage stakeholders by proactively communicating on timelines, impediments and priorities
• Ensure business requirements are translated to the backlog by user stories
• Ensure the product backlog is visible, transparent and clear
• Review, enrich and approve requirement requests and specifications
• Collaborate with the delivery teams to define acceptance criteria

• 
  3-5 years of experience as Product Owner
• Professional experience in telecom domain
• In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Skilled in backlog management and prioritization
• Experienced in analyzing issues, drawing actionable conclusions, and implementing effective solutions
• Proficient in crafting user stories and overseeing the development process through to user story acceptance
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with SAFe, Agile methodologies, and the SCRUM framework
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools
• Possibility of working remotely from Romania
