Job Description
- Develops and maintains a good relationship with the Client / Beneficiary of the project
- Receives, records, distributes and archives correspondence and documents
- Writes letters and documents
- Takes over the received messages and sends them to the interested persons
- Updates the address book and database with contacts
- Establishes the supply needs, sends orders for stationery, consumables
- Prepares and sends the statement for the project expenses
- Technically edits documents (making photocopies, binding documents, etc.)
- Schedule appointments, book plane / train tickets, make hotel reservations
- Implements and applies quality procedures in secretarial activities, according to the requirements of the Quality Management System
- Ensures the transport and delivery of documents on behalf of the company (through third parties or personally)
- Performs other activities at the request of the direct manager
- Prepares the Minutes of the meetings
Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar position
- University degree
- Advantage: experience in construction companies
- Good skills in organising, scheduling, planning
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong computer skills (proficiency in recognised design software and Microsoft applications).
