Project Management Coordinator / Personal Assistant

We are seeking a Project Management Coordinator / Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team in Bucharest, Romania.
This hybrid role is perfect for individuals who thrive in both team environments and solo projects. You will be immersed in various projects within a great atmosphere and a multinational environment, providing a solid professional foundation for your success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal clients and external partners, while providing operational and administrative support to the IT Director and teams
- Develop and prepare Power Point presentations and communication materials
- Record minutes during project meetings to ensure all details are documented
- Oversee and manage the issuance, and follow-up of purchase orders and maintain vendor relationships
- Coordinate with project teams to gather administrative requirements for current and potential future projects
- Design and prepare presentations for diverse purposes
- Organize and coordinate international department meetings including travel arrangements, meeting room bookings, and accommodation
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in calendar management using tools like Outlook or Google Calendar
- Competent in MS Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Power Point
- Demonstrated attention to detail, proactivity, and adaptability
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
