Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test scripts for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with development, product, and project management teams to understand requirements and specifications.
- Identify, document, and track defects and performance issues, and work with developers to resolve them.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Participate in delivery activities to ensure quality from the early stages of the development cycle.
- Use test management and defect tracking tools to monitor and manage testing activities.
- Provide detailed test reports and recommendations for continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and QA standards.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a QA, with specific expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ideally Data Cloud.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and configurations.
- Experience with both automated and manual testing tools.
- Scripting and programming skills (SQL, AMPscript, Java Script, etc.) are a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Salesforce certification (such as Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant) is a plus.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Salesforce Data Cloud (preferred).
- Test management tools (such as JIRA, Test Rail, Xray, etc.).
- Automated testing tools (such as Selenium, Provar, etc.).
- Knowledge of project cycle, Agile and Scrum methodologies.
