• Determine security requirements relevant for a project, service, or unit; obtain approval on requirements from Global or IS Officer (ISO).
• Ensure that requirements are fulfilled during the design and development phase of the solution (“security by design”).
• Support the development of security standards, functional rules, guidelines considering group-wide standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the rollout of awareness campaigns to promote a strong security culture
• Assist in preparing audit materials, self-assessment documents, Share Point pages, and management reporting and review meetings.
• Actively participate in Information Security calls and committees.
• Facilitate information exchange within local and global ISO communities.
• Serve as the primary contact for IS matters within your area of responsibility.
• Report and escalate security-related issues to the Allianz Services CISO and/or Allianz Group.

• At least 5 years of experience in the Information Security, IT or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Information Security Management Systems and relevant industry standards, in particular ISO 27001.
• Solid understanding of Information Security, IT Security and related processes.
• Familiarity with COBIT Control Objectives.
• Experience in project management or team leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving security landscapes.
• Strong mediation and negotiation skills.

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• ISO27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor
