Transfer Pricing Analyst

- Annual update of Masterfile
- Interaction with external consultant regarding the establishment of global documentation;
- Support in review of local business units files and documentation gathering for case-by-case documentation
- Annual actualization of group charge documentation
- Administration around annual questionnaire on adherence to Allianz Standard for Transfer Pricing:
- Provision of transfer pricing documentation/questionnaire to the local operating entities and collation
- review of responses, clustering according to answers provided
- support in spot checks of local operating entities including documentation, support in performance of local operating entities controls
- Reviews of Allianz SE Cost Centres:
- Alignment with cost center owners
- Data analysis, first assessment and documentation
- Participation in and documentation of interviews for cost centers involved in local operating entities service provision
- IP Register Checks: Checking EU and German patent registers; Extracting information; Alignment with local operating entities; Reporting and documentation of data
- Allianz SE Group Charges (GCRP) Support:
- Spot checks of allocation key and cost to charge data;
- True up exercises and checks of correct computation of such
- Support in Benefit analysis
- Maintenance of status of coverage with contracts and contract contents
- Transfer Pricing (TP) Matrix Tool: Communication with local business units, Cross checks on data transfer from business units to TP Matrix Tool; Admin of TP Matrix Tool contracts
- Management of Intranet TP content;
- Preparation of presentations or calculations in ad hoc questions by the business
- Legal TP development analysis; support global Allianz TP community alignment
- Good knowledge of Taxation and Transfer Pricing Legislation and regulatory reporting;
- Fluent in English, strong communication skills (German is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in accounting/ controlling/ tax/ transfer pricing
- University degree in economics, tax, finance or related field;
- Workflow management and project management office skills welcomed but not a “must”
- Strong analytical, communication and influence skills;
- Team player with strong interpersonal, intercultural, communication and organizational skills;
- Attention to detail with ability to think in processes and ensure deliverables are connected with operating plans;
- Strong ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize tasks to meet deadlines;
- Self-motivated and proven “can do” attitude
