To strengthen our team, we are looking for a QMS Expert YRLP/C in our plant in [[location]].
Responsibilities:
Manage internal audits planning in a digital platform
Adopt the OSA approach and digital tools to conduct the internal process and system audits at the affiliates.
Manage the internal audit / OSA actions with all affiliates’ management and staff within your scope.
Prepare & consolidate actions related to audits findings,
Coordinate root cause analysis
Action plan follow-up & actions effectiveness evaluation
Assure internal audits reporting on time (Monthly and weekly)
Share on the regular bases the planning and results of internal audits
Demonstrate the business added value of system and process audit programs, in function of BU/SDs and affiliates
Ensure 'Internal auditors matrix is prepared, in place and up to date
Support other locations for internal audits
Internal documents management (including support in preparation, uploading, retention)
Ensure the use & respect of Customer Specific Requirements
Verify the compliance with Customer IATF requirements
Verify if Y-EMEA latest process standards are implemented effectively
Control local documentation creation, upload, retention : Ensure internal documents are not created for the items which can be captured in Y-EMEA standards
Validate and ensure the IATF NC actions from other locations are effectivelly implemented in your location / locations. Implement lessons learned, standardization and YOKOTEN.
