What You'll Do

• Develop our market territory in Romania by prospecting clients, identifying the decision makers, providing proposals and closing meetings.
• Qualify and understand your prospects business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact go FLUENT brings to an organization.
• Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for go FLUENT solutions.
• Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts.
• Work and collaborate with our experienced Business Development, Marketing and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high potential deals.
• Participate in exhibitions and events.
• Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts.

What You'll Need

• 1-3 years experience in B2B sales. Good to have Saa S and international experience.
• Bilingual/fluent in English
• Fluency in Romanian.
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Proactive, personable, hard-working and easily adaptable.
• Active on social media in a business context. Experience using Linked In.
• Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR services industry is definitely a plus.
• BA or BS required, MBA a plus.
