Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer specializing in Service Cloud to design, develop, and maintain robust solutions that improve customer service operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize, configure, and extend the capabilities of Salesforce to meet the evolving needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and customization of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to optimize customer support processes.
- Design and implement complex Salesforce Service Cloud workflows, custom objects, triggers, and Lightning components.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications, ensuring smooth data flow and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and ensure best practices in Salesforce development.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that improve Service Cloud functionality.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure top performance of Salesforce applications.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce updates and releases, recommending improvements and new features.
- Participate in the design and execution of Salesforce implementation strategies to align with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on Service Cloud implementations.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Expertise in Service Cloud, including Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge Base, Entitlements, and Omni-Channel Routing.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
