Senior RPA Developer

- Lead and develop highly performing and scalable RPA processes
- Explore opportunities for automation and identifying business processes
- Collaborate with your team to ensure process development and support to colleagues
- Participate in various improvement projects together with stakeholders globally and give valuable inputs
- Responsibility include Process mining, Data management, Process flow control and more
- Support the development and continuous improvement of business processes, tools and systems
- Relevant degree in Software Engineering, IT or other relevant education
- Good knowledge of RPA tools such as Ui Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, etc.
- You have 4+ years of experience
- Experience in software programming in languages such as Python, Java Script, C++, VBScript or other relevant language
- Excellent communication skills including fluent English skills (both orally and in writing)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office package
- You are self-driven and make things happen, independent and have an outgoing personality with a positive mindset
- You are a structured, committed, result-oriented person, working with passion and a high level of energy
- You are analytical with a high drive and a natural curiosity, coupled with a fact-based approach to secure ideas are prioritized and implemented
- Collaboration comes natural to you and you also seek to improve through collaboration across the business
- You thrive in an environment with a combination of fixed tasks and terms, as well as development activities in your area
- You are able to cope with a rapid changing environment and challenges
