We are looking for a Site Assistant - Civil Works for our Caransebes Timisoara Arad Lot 4 project, worksite Cruceni, near Arad

The role of the "Site Assistant" has a specific focus on tasks related to concrete within civil construction projects. This includes overseeing concrete preparation, pouring, curing, and finishing, as well as ensuring all quality control measures for concrete structures are properly followed. Oversees construction activities by planning, organizing, and coordinating sub-contractors and resources on site.

Responsibilities:

Manage sub-contractors by monitoring and controlling performance according to weekly and monthly targets.
Provide on-site assistance to ensure timely completion of assigned construction projects.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards and procedures by staff and subcontractors, adhering to legal regulations.
Supervise activities related to concrete structures, including minor bridges, overpasses, underpasses, and culverts.
Assist the Site Manager in developing work schedules and delivery plans for materials to maintain site activity continuity.
Provide detailed daily production reports to track costs and progress.

Qualifications:

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Over 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
Preferably a bachelor's degree.
Language skills: English medium.
