Site Manager, Romania at Sellpy

Operations is at the core of what we do. To continue fueling our growth we're opening a new production facility in Arad, Romania. We're looking for a Site Manager who will play a critical role in ensuring the success of this project.
In short you will

• Run a production facility with 300 employees
• Recruit and build a new organisation from the ground up
• Ensure that the organisation reaches efficiency and quality targets
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Arad facility and our organisations in Sweden, Germany and Poland
  
• Implement process improvements and changes independently and together with HQ organisation
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain high health and safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years experience of leading a production facility (or similar)
• Experience establishing and scaling labour intensive operations
• Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English

We'd be impressed if you have

• Previous experience from the fashion industry
• A business or logistics related education
