Strategic Buying Services Analyst with German and English (remote)

The Strategic Buying Services Analyst with German and English is responsible for:
- Responsible for data research, market checks, and price negotiation
- Prepares reports based on analysis of data from multiple sources
- Ensure KPIs as per client’s requirements are performed correctly and on time – specifically savings target and turnaround time
- Negotiation skills
- Small contract management
- Performs any other instructions given by the hierarchic superior in making short-term strategies of the company, in compliance with the limits of the legal basis
- Establishes and develops relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and other third parties.
- Facilitates and coordinates processes and procedures imposed by the client
- Advanced English and German language skills (both written and spoken)- min. B2 level
- Minim 2 years of experience in a similar role ( Strategic Buying Analyst , Buyer)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- A good level of organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Good analytical and numerical abilities
- Ability to quickly learn to use in-house and client software
- Communication skills
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptable
- Focused on customer relationship
- Motivated and focused on his/her development
- Teamwork
- Ability to prioritize work and work with deadlines
- Punctual and appropriate working methods
