Supply Planner (Betty Ice Distribution Contract)

Main Reason:
The Supply Planner is responsible to perform supply planning activities for finished products (including innovations, portfolio, re-pack, obsolete) in the designated category, with direct responsibility for customer service activities, stock availability, and optimal stock levels.

The Supply Planner is responsible to perform supply planning activities for finished products (including innovations, portfolio, re-pack, obsolete) in the designated category, with direct responsibility for customer service activities, stock availability, and optimal stock levels.
Job Responsibilities:

Manages stock levels for the designated category for Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Montenegro, with direct responsibility for stock levels and customer service

Manages innovation activities by maintaining direct contact with the Demand Planner, Brand Marketing, Custom Marketing, Sales, Category Planner, and factories, including monitoring the production plan and delisted products

Manages stock life span in close connection with customer requirements

Evaluates performance for Supply Planning (Customer delivery level, stock level, transfer time, obsolete stock level), analyzes undelivered quantities for relevant periods, and takes corrective measures

Blocks/unblocks stock in close connection with the Quality and Logistics departments

Manages stock allocations for specific customers based on short-term forecasts, when applicable

Analyzes stockout situations in the supply plan

Highlights potential stockout risks and communicates to the MSO

Understands transport and storage capacity planning

Manages Master Data for the assigned portfolio from initiation to discontinuation
Job Requirements:

University Degree, studies in logistics are an advantage
-
Communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Fluent English communication skills

Analytical thinking
-
Efficient time and priority management

Ability to work accurately and provide correct information

Ability to work in a complex, virtual, multi-national environment
