• You liaise and cooperate closely with the local recruitment team, advise on their delivery, support difficult sourcing missions, and mitigate when identifying blocking points to the hiring process
• For selected key positions, you personally build a strong candidate and talent pool, engaging passive and active job searches to follow Worldline as an employer of choice
• You implement TA action plans locally in line with group TA guidelines
• You seek strong alignment and relationship with internal stakeholders to align their needs with the sourcing approach and delivery
• You track and present KPIs, and address proactively solutions to improve
• You lead local employer branding and campus management activities

• You've got substantial knowledge in end-to-end recruitment process and applicant tracking, preferably with Success Factors
• Previous experience leading, supporting and developing team members of all backgrounds and experience levels
• Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
• Motivation and passion to make your team shine and reach the targets
• You master navigating and keeping solution-oriented approach in a global environment
