Your responsibilities:

• Project management and supervision (consultations, workload management, problem-solving, communication with clients, etc.)
• Ensuring technical project delivery on timely manner
• People management (hiring, coaching, performance assessments, development planning, etc.)
• Initiating changes and innovations (keeping up with Microsoft initiatives, driving changes according to it, planning new services or products)
• Collaboration with other teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Supporting technical pre-sales activities (providing information, helping to prepare proposals and agreements, etc.)
• Acting as a full service/function owner (leading methodology, taking care of issues resolution, etc)
• Responsible for business development activities and product marketing support for own portfolio

Our expectations:

• At least 6 years of experience working with Microsoft dynamics Business Central/NAV product (including 2 years of Team Lead/ Manager experience)
• Experience in technical project delivery or business operations (new services development, relationship building with clients, networking, etc.)
• Experience in people management (hiring, coaching, development, performance assessments, etc.)
• Proactive and curious personality willing to follow the most innovative MS product developments and fields of operation
• Ability to drive change and innovation
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
