Technical Consultant – Data Processing & Scripting

About the role:
We’re seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to join our team, supporting health insurance clients by ensuring smooth data flow and document management. If you’re passionate about operating systems, scripting, and data processing, this role offers the chance to leverage your skills in a dynamic environment.


What are we looking for:
  • Strong technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
  • Expertise in Linux operating systems, with hands-on experience in shell (bash) scripting, Perl, and SQL/PLSQL
  • Familiarity with document generation tools (e.g., ISIS Papyrus) and insurance software (e.g., Adcubum Syrius) is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
  • Excellent time management and commitment to learning and adapting to new technologies
  • Very good knowledge of German, both written and verbal
Responsibilities:
  • Work with data from XML files of insurance applications, preparing and formatting it for mass document production
  • Use bash scripting, Perl, and SQL/PLSQL to automate and streamline data processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in output
  • Utilize your strong knowledge of Linux to manage and optimize data processing environments, ensuring high performance and reliability
  • Perform SQL-based data imports and analysis, examining data volume, dependencies, and technical details to maintain quality and consistency
  • Implement web services and develop custom solutions to ensure data is processed accurately and seamlessly for downstream systems
