Technical Support Engineer

For this role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and reactive Support Engineer with a customer support background who is eager to deep dive into the technical side.
The technical aspect will improve each week with the help of our tenured colleagues and internal handovers. Our buddy system was developed to help you find the answers to the HOW, WHEN, and WHERE questions throughout your mindit.io journey.

Responsibilites:

Alter/create views and procedures to ensure the good functionality of our processes
Research to identify the root cause of data inconsistency
Guide users for the correct use of programs/applications
Provide assistance to users when the situation requires it
Perform other tasks transmitted verbally or in writing by the hierarchical superior, in accordance with the activity it carries out and with the normative acts in force
Respect SLAs and follow up with the client when necessary
Write technical documentation and hold handover sessions to facilitate knowledge transfers
Make use of their soft and technical skills to deliver a timely but accurate and clear resolution

What are we looking for:

Advanced level of the English language both written and spoken
Basic understanding of databases
Beginner level of the SQL programming language and SSIS
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
Availability to be on call during the week-ends once per month
