• Responsible for developing and implementing all the development programs of the global business line partnering.
• Promote training opportunities for the business in alignment with the leadership business partners.
• Responsible for developing, improving, maintaining, and implementing the Global onboarding program.
• Conduct harassment Develop the strategy and implement global programs related to specific global needs. e.g. project mgmt., language, negotiation evaluation training part of onboarding.

• 8 years or more of experience as a Training / Learning / Development Specialist or Bachelor in Business Administration, Engineering, and/or equivalent.
• Workday and/or other HR ERP.
• Advanced Excel, sense of urgency, reporting to different stakeholders across the global organization.
• High level of networking, customer-oriented.
• Fluency in English
