- To carry out tasks that support the sales requirements by offering solution for customers' special needs by Same Day service
- Rates negotiation both with customers and carriers
- Constantly building and developing relationships with customers and other transport companies for future collaborations.
- Monitor and manage shipments until completion while keeping customers appraised to the export/import/and domestic details of transactions using online systems.
- Coordinate shipments with international logistics agents, airlines, and various teams within the company.
- Communicate with carriers and origin and destination location international agents regarding shipment status, special handling, and delivery processes.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Work in collaboration with other departments within the company, and with the company’s international branches.
- Create route solutions for our customers.
- Logistics/Airfreight knowledge required.
- Available to work any shift which includes weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to build great working relationships.
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Service oriented, team player, intelligent, and willing to go the extra mile.
- Able to work well within a team.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- Fluent in English; professional working proficiency speaking and writing.
