Job Description
- Provides support for projects carried out in the LOM2-DC area;
- Prepares reports for stocks and delivery performance;
- Check stocks/materials/packaging with HIBE;
- Provides support in ensuring the necessary stocks for production;
- Archive the delivery documents;
- Check service and transport invoices;
- Follows the budget available on frame-orders for various logistics services;
- Make process confirmations;
- Updates the boards for Daily Management in the logistics areas;
- Checks compliance with 5S in logistics areas and restores damaged markings, if necessary;
- Escalates the minimum stock at suppliers according to the escalation procedure;
- Prepares and participates in the annual inventory;
- Other duties and responsibilities specific to the position, of a temporary nature, assigned by the hierarchical superior.
Qualifications
- Ongoing studies;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, mainly Excel and Access;
- Other IT tools as: HTML, Microsoft SQL, FOX Pro;
- Good level of English language;
- Organized and self motivated.
