AI Sales Engineer

About the Role
A reputable company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven AI Sales Engineer to join its dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving growth by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, while also building strong relationships with clients and understanding their business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Technical Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical guidance and support during the sales cycle.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, showcasing both the technical capabilities and business value of our AI solutions.
  • Technical Evaluations: Assess client technical environments and identify potential integration points, while also understanding their business objectives and challenges.
  • Proof of Concepts (Po Cs): Assist in the development and execution of Po Cs to demonstrate the value of our AI solutions, both technically and from a business perspective.
  • RFP/RFI Responses: Collaborate with sales teams to develop comprehensive and persuasive responses to RFPs and RFIs, addressing both technical and business requirements.
  • Technical Training: Train on the technical aspects of our AI products and services, while also emphasizing the business benefits and use cases.
  • Customer Education: Educate clients on AI concepts, terminology, and best practices, while also understanding their specific industry and business challenges.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Contribute to the overall sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation. Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Solution Selling: Understand our AI products and services in depth, both technically and from a business perspective. Articulate the value proposition and benefits to clients, tailoring your approach to their specific needs.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical pre-sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and applications, as well as a solid grasp of business principles and practices.
  • Excellent technical problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Experience with specific AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing).
  • Knowledge of industry-specific applications of AI.
  • Programming experience (e.g., Python, R).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
