The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Architectural Inspector to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities: • Inspection of works carried out by the contractor in respect of the works relative to the Architectural scope of works and systems. • Monitoring installation of all finishing activities of the project to ensure compliance with approved and proper standards. • Supervise and verify the quality control of site Architectural works to ensure conformity with all contract documents for the project. • Review Contractor’s QA test Reports of various Finishing systems. • Carry out daily surveillance Inspections to the site works to ensure the contractor’s compliance with the drawings, specifications, and Material approvals. • Carry out technical assignments for materials and equipment being procured for the project through Material delivery report. • Witness regularly various QA/QC off-site tests carried out on Architectural works, by the independent lab for all finishing products when required. • Carry out all the snagging inspections and share the snag list with the Senior team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture. - Proven experience as an architectural inspector or in a similar role within the engineering or construction industry. - Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. - Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Fluency in English.
