Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of real estate development projects
• Conduct research and analysis for feasibility studies and project assessments
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including design, engineering, and finance teams, to support project delivery
• Prepare project documentation and reports for management reviews
• Monitor project progress and assist in identifying potential risks and issues
• Support budget management by tracking expenses and resource allocation
• Participate in site visits and meetings with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in real estate development

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Total of 4-6 years of relevant experience in real estate development or project management
• Strong understanding of real estate market trends and regulations
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
