Assistant Manager - Development (ENT414)

In this role, you will assist the Development Manager in overseeing various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, provide support in project coordination, and contribute to the overall success of development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of real estate development projects
- Conduct research and analysis for feasibility studies and project assessments
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including design, engineering, and finance teams, to support project delivery
- Prepare project documentation and reports for management reviews
- Monitor project progress and assist in identifying potential risks and issues
- Support budget management by tracking expenses and resource allocation
- Participate in site visits and meetings with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in real estate development
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Total of 4-6 years of relevant experience in real estate development or project management
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and regulations
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
