• Directed, developed, and executed effective growth strategies and processes for application services and offerings, thereby establishing a market demand for innovative high-tech services and application solutions.
• Provides leadership, management, and vision vital to ensure that the Applications team has the appropriate operational controls and reporting procedures implemented for the effective growth of SEVEN application services and offerings.
• Represents and delivers application solutions for SEVEN and SCC.
• Builds, develops, and manages the capabilities of the application team to create and implement application solutions.
• Conducts regular meetings with the team to provide assessments of results and guidance.
• Develops the team by establishing or recommending opportunities for learning as well as professional and personal development.
• Motivates and leads the team; attracts, recruits, and retains necessary personnel.
• Shares best practices for systems and application development.
• Generates new ideas and innovative approaches to business processes.
• Inspires significant changes in the technical and operational environments of business stakeholders by enhancing service quality, reducing costs, or increasing productivity.
• Designs innovative solutions that align with the client’s strategic direction.
• Aids in identifying business growth opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-9 years of experience in application development and management, with a focus on complex applications..
