Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies for projects to achieve business objectives
• Liaise with Delivery Commercial and aggregate cost report activities, manage Development related costs and execution of procurement sourcing activities to ensure cross-district insights and lessons learned consideration to optimized required services
• Identify potential risks associated with project costs and propose mitigation strategies and engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for development initiatives
• Provide quarterly analyse market trends and provide insights that will guide the decision-making process
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive advantages
• Work closely with project teams to ensure alignment between commercial initiatives and operational execution
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, partners, and stakeholders
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial viability and sustainability
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and clients
• Prepare and maintain reports monthly on the progress of commercial activities and any adjustments needed to meet project targets including review and updates of cash flows against commitments made by the business to funders

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• A minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience in a commercial role, preferably in real estate, entertainment, or tourism
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and management
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient in commercial analysis tools and financial modeling
