Overview:
Petroraq is seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist with a strong background in modular construction, fitouts, and interior work. The candidate will play a key role in driving growth through strategic business initiatives in the Jeddah region, particularly targeting mega projects such as Jeddah Metro (Rail), Jeddah Airport City, and Red Sea developments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the modular and prefabricated building sector, focusing on high-profile infrastructure projects.
• Develop and implement business strategies aimed at securing contracts for large-scale modular construction, fitout, and interior projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and government bodies.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust strategies and position Petroraq for success.
• Manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting through deal closure, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality proposals, ensuring project requirements and client expectations are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on modular/prefabricated construction, fitouts, and interiors.
• Proven experience working on large infrastructure projects such as rail, airports, or mega developments in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
• Excellent understanding of the construction industry, particularly modular and prefabricated methodologies.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills, with a proven ability to close high-value deals.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with Jeddah’s key projects, such as the Jeddah Metro and Red Sea developments.
• A well-established network of contacts in the construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
