Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy for all current and future development projects, ensuring robust revenue generation and cost management
• Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of all contracts, ensuring compliance and best practices
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including project managers, legal, and finance teams, to ensure contract alignment with project goals
• Develop and implement commercial policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and drive strategic decisions
• Manage relationships with key suppliers, contractors, and other external partners to foster long-term collaboration
• Provide guidance on risk management strategies related to contracts and commercial arrangements
• Ensure regular reporting and assessments on commercial performance to senior management
• Mentor and lead the contracts team to promote professional development and enhance expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration or a related field ; a Master's degree is highly desirable
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in a Commercial Management role within the Construction Industry, with a focus on Contract Management.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial strategies, contract law, and legal compliance
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to drive favorable outcomes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and market trends to make informed decisions
• Proficient in commercial and contract management software
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
